How to Place an Order?

Place the paintings in the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button located at the product image.

When you're ready to complete your order, click "Checkout" from within your cart and follow the instructions.

Payment Options

We accept credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.

Order Cancellations & Others

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact us immediately via email.

We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. Please visit our Returns page or contact us for alternate options.

We are unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual components. To make any adjustments, you will need to cancel the existing order and place a new one.

About Shipping

We provide basic free shipping with Australia when buying products from Art Channel Deco. And we have expedited shipping, which may incur additional costs.

Time to have my lovely art?

As soon as we receive your order, we start custom-making it. Estimate time would be Processing + Delivery as below:

Processing

Most framed + other canvas items - 3-5 business days

Artists particular order - 5-7 business days

Delivery

Standard delivery 3-5 business days

Expedited delivery 2-4 business days

How do I check my orders?

Once the order starts shipping to you, we will send you a confirmations email that includes your tracking numbers with the tracking website.

Are my packages insured?

We guarantee your 100% satisfaction. On the rare chance that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, contact us via email.

 
 
 
 
 
 

Returns & Refunds Policy

 

What if I don't like it?

Art Channel Deco offers our customers a seven-day return period from the buyers' time receiving the artwork. If you are not satisfied with the purchased item, it's easy; purchasers need to email Art Channel Deco their requests to return the art.

To return the artwork, all that we ask is:

  • Artwork needs to repackage as it was when delivered to them.

  • Return shipping will be covered by the purchaser and subtracted from the amount refunded once the art has given to the seller.

  • If the art returns any condition less than initially, the purchaser will have the cost deducted from their refund.

The Seven-Day return policy does not apply to the Artists Paintings!
